This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by Navis event registration websites. Your personal data is very important to us; please read our policy and contact us with any questions or concerns. Below we will summarize the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We only have access to information that you voluntarily gave us via registration, email or other direct contact from you. We will not use this information for any reason other than to provide services, information or announcements relating to the event you registered for. We will only share your information with third party organizations that are critical to the implementation of the event. (For example, airline carrier, hotel or resort, transportation company.) We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
The email you provide during registration, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to the event. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of registration request emails.
At some meetings/conventions you might have an opportunity to share your contact information with outside vendors via a QR code or barcode on your name badge. The information shared would be limited to your name, position, email and company information. Sharing this information with vendors is at your discretion.
From time-to-time we may request information via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring and improving future events.
Opt Out of Future Communications
You may opt out of any future contacts via the email or phone number given on the website.
Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information; dedicated private-use SQL database, database encryption at rest and back up, 100% data processing isolation and dedicated web application fire-wall. In addition, we conduct monthly vulnerability scans and annual independent penetration tests. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
Registration
In order to register to attend one of the events, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the event on our site in which you have expressed interest. Additional information may be collected on an as needed basis depending on the event.

Event web sites may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
