The email you provide during registration, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to the event.  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of registration request emails.

At some meetings/conventions you might have an opportunity to share your contact information with outside vendors via a QR code or barcode on your name badge.  The information shared would be limited to your name, position, email and company information.  Sharing this information with vendors is at your discretion.

From time-to-time we may request information via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether to participate and therefore disclose this information.
